Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy covers delivery of refurbished laptops we sell and the doorstep pickup service for laptops we buy.

1. Delivery Areas

• Hyderabad & Secunderabad: Same-day or next-day doorstep delivery — free of cost.
• Rest of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh: 2–3 working days via reputed courier.
• Pan-India: 3–7 working days via Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC or India Post Speed Post.

2. Shipping Charges

• Hyderabad city — FREE delivery on all refurbished laptops.
• Other cities — free shipping on orders above ₹15,000. Below that, a flat ₹299 courier fee applies and is shown at checkout / invoicing.
• Insurance / high-value handling — included at no extra cost.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 working hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

4. Tracking

You will receive a courier tracking number by WhatsApp/SMS as soon as your order is dispatched. Our team is available on +91 97667 85138 for tracking help.

5. Delivery Verification

All packages are securely sealed and tamper-evident. Please record an unboxing video and inspect the laptop in front of the courier. Report any physical damage or missing accessories within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Failed / Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us because the address was incorrect, the recipient was unreachable or delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment charges may apply.

7. Doorstep Pickup for Buyback

• Hyderabad: Free doorstep pickup within 2–24 hours of confirming your quote.
• Outside Hyderabad: We arrange a paid reverse pickup or provide instructions to courier the unit to us at our cost after quote confirmation.
• Payment is made via UPI or cash the moment we collect and physically verify the laptop.
