Welcome to Doctor Laptop Hyderabad ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website https://dlr.gallbiz.com, our WhatsApp channel, our physical store or any of our services, you ("user", "customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Us

Doctor Laptop Hyderabad is a Hyderabad-based business that (a) sells certified refurbished laptops and (b) buys used, old, dead, bulk and corporate laptops. Registered address: Shop No.127-B, 1st Floor, Nilgiri Block, Aditya Enclave, Ameerpet, Near Metro Pillar No.1057, Hyderabad – 500038, Telangana, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. By transacting with us you confirm that any laptop offered for sale to us is your lawful property and free from any charge, lien or dispute.

3. Products & Services

• Refurbished laptops: All refurbished units are pre-owned, fully tested and reconditioned. Cosmetic wear (light scratches, dents) may exist and is disclosed at the time of sale.
• Buyback service: Quotes are indicative and finalised only after a physical inspection. Final price depends on model, age, condition, working status and accessories.
• Accessories & spares may be sold as loose items and are covered only by the warranty (if any) explicitly stated on the invoice.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, cash, debit/credit card and NEFT/IMPS. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, decline any order, or cancel a transaction where an obvious mistake has occurred.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

An order placed via WhatsApp, phone or in-store is a proposal to purchase. It is only accepted when we (i) collect the payment and (ii) hand over the product or dispatch it. We may refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or incorrect pricing.

6. Buyback Terms (Selling Your Laptop to Us)

• You warrant that the laptop is yours, not stolen, not under EMI/finance and not obtained illegally.
• You must remove personal data. As a courtesy we perform a factory reset; a certified DoD-grade data wipe is available on request.
• Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar / PAN / DL / Passport) is mandatory at the time of sale as per KYC norms.
• Once payment is made, the sale is final and the device becomes our property.

7. Warranty

Refurbished laptops carry a limited warranty of 3 to 12 months (as printed on the invoice) covering hardware defects. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair, tampering, software issues, batteries after 30 days, or normal wear and tear. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images and code — is the property of Doctor Laptop Hyderabad or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any content without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to (i) use the site for any unlawful purpose, (ii) submit false or misleading information, (iii) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or (iv) upload malicious code.

10. Third-Party Links

Our site may contain links to third-party websites (Google Maps, WhatsApp, payment gateways, social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doctor Laptop Hyderabad's total liability for any claim arising out of a transaction is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the specific product or service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profit or loss of business.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doctor Laptop Hyderabad, its owners, employees and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, expense or damage arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) misrepresentation of a laptop's ownership or condition, or (c) your violation of any law.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
